Activity 1(one) Reflection on Principles of Classroom Management

The reading provided for this activity was very useful and beneficial to me.  I was familiar with some aspects of the content areas provided. Activity 1a zeroed in on principles of good classroom management where I was required to edited relevant points on the page created. The experience with wiki spaces was particularly new one to me I have no prior knowledge with the software so I had to create a teacher account I am presently still in the process of discovering and exploring with that software. This software also allowed me to edit pages etc.

Activity 1b focused on a group online discussion with the heading classroom experiences with ICT Integration I shared my experiences with ICT Integration and revamp principles where applicable, I also share ideas of good measures that can be employed to effectively manage classroom with the ICT integration in the classroom which I was willing to share and I was particularly curious to hear about my colleagues experiences.  In fact some of the experiences were similar while others were of a different nature.

Finally Activity 1c required me to utilize wiki View and edit the page in the wiki that is titled Classroom Management with ICT Integration, and to edit and save the current page.

This  activity was a very interesting one and I took away  new ideas and knowledge  that were  unfamiliar with previously.

This assignment was very challenging to me though I was familiar with unit and lesson planning.  The major focus of the Assignment was summary plan of you learning experience and reflection was also needed.    

This Assignment called for extensive work.  The assignment was very time consuming since carefully thought and planning was required.  I fell sick last night and almost did not get to submitted on time. I know with God help I will be successful.   Overall this module was very exciting and posed a bit of challenge to me.  I obtained some new information from the module while other was previous knowledge.

Activity 11B focal point was to identify which activities in my digital resource were well received in the classroom and why.  It also zeroed in on those activities that were not effective and why. Finally it dealt with activities which I can change to assist in improving my resource. 

This activity allowed me to take careful consideration before I attempted questions outlined for the activity discussion. I am definitely going to take into consideration all what I have learned in this module to increase and boost my teaching and learning situation.

Module 5 Activity10: Producing Resources:
 The focal point for this activity is the utilization of software to develop resources I chose to utilize Microsoft office word to create my resource.

This activity was proved to bit of a challenge tough it was a bit straight forward. Developing these resources can definitely increase and improve productive in my teaching and learning situation. With the utilization of this resource students communication, recording, interpretation, visually representing and higher order thing skills such as problem solving, critical and creative thinking etc will be develop.

Also Students are given the opportunity to examine and explore information from Grades 1-5 relevant to the snacks they eat at break. Students use obtained from information from students and constructed a pie chart and column graph. Most of the activities for this activity were student centered and relevant to students’ everyday life. This activity will heightened teachers awareness in enhancing eagerness  to produce more digital lessons and deliver in a more meaningful way and interesting way.

The first glance at this assignment revealed it was relatively easy but it proved to be otherwise. I had to redo aspects of my assignment which proved to be time consuming. I almost did not complete it but with God grace I met the deadline. I have done what was expected so I hope it pays off.

This activity required us to identify resources available to me in the school which includes I created a list comprising of seven resources and their uses was identified and how information and Communication Technology support their use. The second part of the activity focus on targeted curriculum for your subject area, resources that could be used for the objectives.  It also looked at how Information and communication support Teaching and learning for the objective chosen. This activity was ok.

Activity 6A Reflection

This activity was a manageable activity to finish, I normally utilized chart in Microsoft Excel to demonstrate how data collected can be visually represented. I never utilized chart in the field of Geography so I completed a brief research of a lesson related to Geography.  I selected Expected rainfall In St.Vincent and the Grenadines for the period of January to December the information was obtained mainly from a website. I completed both a line graph and column graph with the data collected from the website. I really enjoyed completing this activity because of my love for creating charts.

Activity 6B Reflection

This activity required me to utilize paint to manipulate a drawing in the field of Biology field, I selected the digestive system. I removed the label parts from the diagram and replace them with the numbers

1-9   this can be utilize for examination purposes or worksheet so students can complete individually. I was familiar with paint and the removal of the text.   However there are still some features are that I am I unaware of their full potential. A Great  activity.

Activity 6C Reflection

I selected the activity using drawing tools in Microsoft Word 2007 to draw  a house comprising of two dimensional shapes (2D) the activity created is for a Grade k where the students will identify the various shapes that are present in the house for worksheet or class work, I also add various colors to emphasize or accentuate  the house.  This diagram will definitely stimulate students’ interest. I often utilize the shapes from this office programs to type text or to allow students to experiment with them.  I normally allow my student to experiment with this aspect in the program.  This activity reactivated my knowledge in drawing of shapes in Microsoft Word.
